• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC technical services and engineering support.
• Strong RCA, training, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for centrifugal chillers and related HVAC systems.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues and support field teams during major breakdowns.
• Develop and maintain technical procedures and service documentation; stay updated with product changes.
• Deliver structured technical training programs for service engineers and technicians.
• Lead RCA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service performance and reliability.
• Manage customer escalations with clear technical ownership and timely communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and warranty policies.
