Job summary

Daikin Middle East & Africa is seeking a Technical Support Manager – HVAC Applied in Riyadh to drive technical excellence across the service organization. You will lead complex technical escalations, RCA investigations, and training programs for centrifugal chillers and Applied Systems, coordinating with regional teams and factories to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and engineering background.
Minimum of 15 years in HVAC technical services or engineering support.
At least 10 years of centrifugal chiller experience and RCA exposure.
Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and training capabilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical escalations, RCA, and quality investigations with regional teams.
Develop and deliver training programs for service engineers and technicians.
Improve equipment reliability, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with factories, service operations, and sales on technical issues.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in technical service.
