Job summary

Daikin is seeking a Project Execution Engineer (HVAC Projects) in Riyadh to deliver end-to-end HVAC projects across the Central Region of KSA. You will lead scope validation, planning, procurement, and site execution for chiller replacements, retrofit works, VRV systems, and turnkey solutions, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HVAC project execution experience.
Experience delivering turnkey HVAC projects in KSA/GCC markets.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, VRV tech, central plants.
PM knowledge and ability to manage budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

Validate project scope, specs, terms, from Sales.
Develop integrated execution plans: schedule, resources, procurement, cash flow.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics for readiness.
Lead site execution of HVAC projects and manage subcontractors.
Ensure HSE compliance and timely client approvals.
Track progress vs baselines; report dashboards and forecasts.
Close-out projects with handover docs and lessons learned.
