Zusammenfassung

Daikin Middle East & Africa is seeking a Project Execution Engineer (HVAC Projects) based in Riyadh to drive end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects across the Central Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will manage scope, schedule, procurement, and financial governance from handover through commissioning and close-out.

Responsibilities include leading site execution of chillers, VRV systems, retrofits, and turnkey solutions, while maintaining HSE standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC project execution experience.
• Experience delivering turnkey HVAC projects in KSA or GCC markets.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMI) and PMP is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Validate project scope, specs, terms, and contractual obligations.
• Develop integrated project execution plans for schedule, resources, procurement, and cost baselines.
• Lead site execution of HVAC projects, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure scope and quality.
• Monitor progress, costs, changes, and reporting; manage risk and governance.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, and client acceptance.
