Job summary

SKM Air Conditioning LLC is seeking a Service Sales Engineer - HVAC (After Sales) to join the After Sales team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on troubleshooting, warranty handling, and customer support to ensure SKM systems perform at the highest standards.

Responsibilities include handling warranty issues, troubleshooting HVAC equipment, root-cause analysis, and supervising technicians on-site while maintaining safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5–7 years HVAC service experience.
• 5+ years experience in installation, operation, maintenance and service of HVAC systems.
• GCC experience preferred (HVAC service, MEP, or FM).
• Strong troubleshooting, technical and customer service skills.
• Good communication in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle warranty and service complaints, ensuring resolution within KPIs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, DX systems, package units).
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures and prepare service reports.
• Support retrofit, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians on-site, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Provide technical feedback to engineering and quality teams.
• Assist in customer training and prepare technical documentation.
