Job summary

Systemair Middle East is seeking an HVAC & Ventilation Maintenance Sales Executive in Saudi Arabia to drive sales of maintenance services. You will build relationships, identify service needs, and promote preventive and corrective maintenance contracts to a range of clients.

The role focuses on lead generation, site visits, and submitting quotations, with a goal to achieve set sales targets and renewals. Independent work style and driving license are important assets for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC sales, maintenance sales, or technical sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and ventilation maintenance (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust/duct systems, thermostats, filters, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to read basic technical information and understand service scope.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for HVAC maintenance contracts (calls, visits, referrals, and follow-ups).
• Visit customer sites to understand HVAC/ventilation systems and identify maintenance requirements.
• Promote preventive maintenance plans and service packages to residential, commercial, or industrial clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract documents.
• Follow up with leads and close maintenance agreements in line with company targets.
• Coordinate with the service/maintenance team to ensure correct scope, scheduling, and availability.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline updates using CRM or reporting tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage renewals and upgrades.
• Track competitors and market trends; share feedback to improve sales strategy.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales goals and submit required reports.
