Job summary

Setra Industrial Group is looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative in Riyadh to identify new business opportunities, pursue potential HVAC project leads, and qualify opportunities for the Sales Manager. • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, sales coordination, customer service, telemarketing, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain organized customer records and follow up systematically.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers and potential customers from the company’s database via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain and update customer records with company details, key contacts, positions, phone numbers, and emails.
• Identify current and upcoming HVAC ductwork projects and related products.
• Identify decision-makers and purchasing contacts within customer organizations.
• Understand customer requirements and collect relevant project information.
• Identify qualified sales opportunities and report them to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate follow-up on leads and opportunities with the Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Prepare periodic reports on calls, contacts, opportunities, and leads transferred to the Sales Manager.
• Assist in arranging customer meetings when required and build professional relationships.
