Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a senior Field Service Leader in Saudi Arabia to manage a team of engineers and technicians handling high voltage, transformers, and protection systems. You will coordinate site work, trainings, and certifications while ensuring safety and high technical standards across projects.

Applicants should have 6–10 years in HV products, project management experience, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of technical and leadership experience within HV products, transformers, protection, and control systems.
• PM experience and site management background preferred.
• Management education or certifications preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field service engineers and technicians on HV projects.
• Oversee daily field service operations, assignments, and project mobilizations.
• Develop and monitor FSE resource plans, utilization, and skill matrices.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and compliance across sites and with customers.
• Foster strong customer relationships and identify service sales opportunities during site visits.
