Job summary

Abdulaziz Al Goraniss Co. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the company’s HR function, report to Executive Management and drive strategy, systems, policies and performance across diversified business activities.

The role is senior, hands-on and requires strong leadership to build the HR function, lead the team and serve as a trusted advisor to executives on people-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration.
• 7+ years HR experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization.
• Hands-on with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and related platforms.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; capable partner to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR function end to end and develop the HR team.

• Design org structures, job descriptions and workforce plans.
• Own recruitment from planning through onboarding.
• Establish performance management frameworks and KPIs.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and governance.

About the Role

Abdulaziz Al Goraniss Co. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to take full ownership of the Company's HR function. This is a senior leadership position reporting to Executive Management, with direct accountability for HR strategy, systems, policies and performance across the Company's diversified business activities. The successful candidate will build and strengthen the HR function, lead the HR team, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all people-related matters. The role is hands-on and combines strategic responsibility with disciplined operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function end to end and manage the performance and development of the HR team.


• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and internal controls.


• Design and maintain organizational structures, job descriptions and workforce plans aligned with business objectives.


• Own recruitment and talent acquisition, from manpower planning through onboarding.


• Establish and manage performance management frameworks, KPIs and appraisal cycles.


• Manage compensation and benefits structures, salary scales and related governance.


• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievances and workplace investigations.


• Administer the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, attendance, leave, transfers and end-of-service.


• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements and regulatory obligations.


• Manage Company transactions and compliance across Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and related government platforms.


• Deliver HR reporting, analytics and executive dashboards that support management decision-making.


• Lead HRIS implementation and the digital transformation of HR processes.


• Plan and oversee training and employee development programs.


• Support Executive Management with practical, well-reasoned HR recommendations and risk assessment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.


• Minimum 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.


• Proven experience in an HR management or HR leadership position.


• Substantial practical HR experience within Saudi Arabia.


• Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and its practical application.


• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and related government platforms.


• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.


• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.


• High standards of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.


• Strong analytical, organizational and reporting ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM, CIPD, HRCI or an equivalent professional HR certification.


• Experience establishing or restructuring an HR function within a multi-activity or group environment.


• Experience implementing HRIS or HR digital transformation initiatives.
