Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role.
• Arabic speaker is a must; strong English communication skills required.
• Proven experience managing performance review cycles and workforce planning processes.
• Solid understanding of local labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights.
• Highly organized, discrete, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance review cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year and annual appraisals, and calibration.
• Drive workforce planning initiatives, including headcount forecasting, org design, and succession planning.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution per local labor law.
• Support talent management processes, identifying high-potential employees and retention strategies.
• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to ensure a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.
• Support change management initiatives, restructuring, and organizational transformation projects as needed.
