Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking a Human Capital Officer to lead HRMS software implementation and configuration across the organization in Jeddah. The role focuses on enhancing system performance to meet business requirements, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity across employee records and organizational data.

Key duties include coordinating with Payroll, Accounting, and Projects, updating HRMS data, and providing user access details to employees.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HRMS software.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Accounting, Projects and other HRMS users.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in developing HRMS software
• Assist in the review of data in HRMS to ensure 100% accuracy
• Following all processes defined in the project including system administration
• Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits
• Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.)
• Update of employee information, documents etc in the HRMS manually avoiding an excel upload from the vendor side
• Provide the user details to all employees for HRMS access
• Ensures the internal workflow mapping for all employees are updated accordingly
• Report preparation
• Handles queries related to HRMS for employees
