Position Overview: AECOM is hiring an experienced HSE Officer Welfare to support major construction and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on employee welfare, health, safety, and well‑being while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and international HSE standards. The position plays a key role in fostering a safe, supportive, and performance‑driven work environment across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management, contractors, and external authorities on HSE and welfare matters

Ideal Profile

• Recognized HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA
