Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced HS&E Lead to support implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of SH&E programs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead inspections, investigations, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with ESHARP, regulations, and client requirements.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in health, safety and environmental roles, with strong knowledge of industry standards and the ability to promote safe practices across high-risk environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional HSE experience.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI, NFPA and safety standards.
• Experience leading incident investigations and performing root cause analyses.
• Experience supporting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Advise project teams on implementing SH&E programs and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead audits and inspections of worksites and projects.
• Conduct incident investigations and perform root cause analyses.
• Coordinate corrective/preventive actions with project teams.
• Provide SH&E guidance during work planning and execution.
• Represent Parsons during regulatory inspections and client reviews.
