Job summary

Parsons is seeking an HS&E Staff (Saudi National) to join our Riyadh team. You will assist in implementing SH&E programs across project sites and promote a strong safety culture on site.

Bachelor’s degree is required with a minimum of 5 years in HSE/SH&E. You will conduct audits, prepare reports, and support incident management while maintaining training records in line with ESHARP requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE/SH&E roles.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and reporting.
• Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, hazard assessments and investigations.
• Experience delivering safety training and awareness programs.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining SH&E programs across project sites.
• Support administration and execution of site-specific SH&E plans to ensure compliance.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with standards.
• Prepare and submit inspection and audit reports and corrective actions.
• Deliver SH&E training and maintain training records.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to promote safety culture.
• Support incident reporting and management processes.
• Analyze findings and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.
• Participate in routine safety briefings and toolbox talks.
