Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Operations Trainee to support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities within the HR Operations Department.

You will issue letters, assist with onboarding, manage documents, and help maintain accurate HR records while engaging with translation and English language requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR / English Translation or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Issuing HR letters and assisting with translation of official documents.
• Attending, documenting and translating documents when required.
• Supporting onboarding process for new joiners including preparing welcome materials.
• Coordinating employee ID card issuance.
• Collecting required documents.
• Assisting HR with offer letter preparation and issuance.
• Maintaining accurate filing and archiving of HR documents electronically and manually.

What you ll be doing

As an HR Operations Trainee you will work closely with the HR Operations Department and support the team in delivering day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.
