Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 2+ years of HRIS analysis experience.
• HRIS experience with Workday or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support HR systems, including HRIS, performance management, and time-off management systems.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and generate reports to support HR and business initiatives, including compliance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement solutions using HR systems.
• Provide technical support and training to HR staff and other stakeholders on HR systems.
• Ensure HR systems and data are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to integrate HR systems with other business applications.
