Parkhouse Bell Ltd. is actively recruiting an HR Business Partner to develop and implement a robust HR service across several colleges in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead the rollout of HR processes and drive recruitment and retention initiatives across multiple sites.

The role requires a degree and at least 5 years HR experience in the United Kingdom. You must be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an attractive expatriate package on offer.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 5+ years HR experience in the United Kingdom.

Responsabilités

• Roll out HR processes in the colleges across Saudi Arabia.
• Implement new HR processes that support commercial and personnel objectives.
• Contribute to preparation of contract delivery.
• Involve in multisite recruitment and retention programmes.
