Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong SAP SuccessFactors EC expertise and payroll knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) data and HR transactions.
• Lead manpower planning initiatives aligned with business requirements and budget.
• Drive Employee Experience initiatives and improve HR service delivery.
• Handle Employee Relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
• Oversee Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with business leaders on HR operational and employee-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.
