Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking an experienced Enterprise HR systems lead to manage Oracle HCM, Payroll, and related HR tech, delivering scalable, compliant solutions across the organization.

You will drive system enhancements, test data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, user‑friendly HR and payroll processes. This role shapes the HCM roadmap for Riyadh Air and ATS integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise HR systems, especially Oracle HCM and Payroll.
• Hands‑on across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with stakeholders to deliver compliant, user‑focused solutions.
• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and ATS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle HR products and their delivery, including testing and data management.
• Drive enhancements and roadmap for HCM systems to support HR, Payroll, and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Shape a roadmap for realizing HCM system capabilities across Riyadh Air.
