Aramco Entrepreneurship Center (Wa’ed) in Riyadh seeks an HR Operations professional to perform a broad range of HR administrative duties, from payroll processing to employee record management and policy development. The role requires at least 3 years in HR operations, familiarity with ATS systems, and strong Arabic and English communication, with a Bachelor's in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in HR operations, staffing, payroll, or related HR/administrative positions.
• Familiarity with the ATS program and database resumption
• Knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Excellent language skills: Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Assistance with the daily operations of human resources functions and duties
• Coordination of human resources projects (meetings, training, etc.)
• Handling employee requests related to HR issues, rules, and regulations
• Preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and verifying monthly payroll statements and processing transactions.
• Handling payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absence, bonus, vacations, etc.)
• Handling Gosi registration and deletion
• Proper handling of complaints and grievance procedures
• Compiling and updating employee records (paper and electronic copies)
• Conducting initial orientation for newly appointed employees
