Job Purpose
To manage and develop all Human Resources operations within the company, establish and implement HR policies and procedures, and oversee employee affairs, recruitment, payroll, benefits, medical insurance, performance management, training and development, government platforms, and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage and oversee all Human Resources and employee affairs operations.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company requirements and applicable regulations.
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities and ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
- Conduct workforce planning and identify staffing requirements in coordination with different departments.
- Oversee employeeOnboarding and Offboardingprocesses.
- Manage and review employee contracts, renewals, and termination procedures.
- Oversee attendance, working hours, leaves, absences, and employee affairs.
- Supervise the preparation and review of payroll, allowances, and employee benefits and ensure data accuracy before approval.
- Manage employee benefits and ensure proper implementation in accordance with approved policies.
- Manage and oversee medical insurance for employees and eligible dependents, including additions, deletions, renewals, and resolution of insurance-related issues.
- Oversee all HR-related transactions and procedures through relevant government platforms.
- Monitor the company’s compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- MonitorSaudization requirements, Saudization percentages, targeted professions, and related regulations.
- Prepare and monitor workforce and Saudization reports and present them to management.
- Develop and implement employee performance management and appraisal systems.
- Identify training needs and develop annual training and development plans.
- Develop career paths and succession plans for employees.
- Manage employee relations and handle employee complaints, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Provide HR advice and recommendations to management regarding employee matters, policies, and regulations.
- Develop and review the company’ssalary structure, salary scales, and employee benefitsin coordination with management.
- Review and update organizational structures and job descriptions when required.
- Prepare the annual HR budget and monitor HR-related expenses.
- Prepare periodic HR reports andHR KPIsfor senior management.
- Analyze HR data and workforce trends to support management decision-making.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the HR team, including task allocation and performance evaluation.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee records, payroll information, and personal data.
- Continuously improve HR processes, systems, and procedures to increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure HR policies and workforce plans support business requirements.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such asCIPD or SHRMis preferred.
- 7–10 years of experiencein Human Resources, preferably with strong managerial and leadership experience.
- Strong experience in HR operations and employee affairs.
- Practical experience withgovernment HR platforms.
- Experience managingmedical insurance and employee benefits.
- Experience developing and reviewingsalary structures and compensation & benefits.
- Strong knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Experience managingSaudization and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience withHRIS / HR systems.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
