Job summary

Premium Medical Solutions Company is looking for an HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support within the Human Resources function in Riyadh. You will handle employee records, attendance, leaves, onboarding, and HR transactions in line with company policies and local regulations.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years of HR/administrative experience, and strong English communication.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily HR activities and procedures.
  • Create, maintain, and organize employee files and documents.
  • Enter and update employee information in the HR system.
  • Monitor attendance, working hours, leaves, and absences.
  • Prepare and process leave requests, joining formalities, and employee termination procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment activities and onboarding of new employees.
  • Prepare employee-related forms, documents, and letters.
  • Follow up on employee contracts and renewals as required.
  • Assist in updating employee information on relevant systems and platforms.
  • Prepare HR reports, records, and statistics.
  • Respond to employees’ inquiries regarding HR procedures and policies.
  • Follow up on employee requests and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and provide the required employee data to the authorized personnel.
  • Support performance evaluation, training, and development activities when required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information, salaries, and personal records.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the direct manager.

Job Purpose

To provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, assist with employee-related procedures, maintain and update employee records, and follow up on attendance, leaves, and HR transactions in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
