Job summary

Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking a summer intern to support the HR Business Partner team in Riyadh. You will engage with function partners and leadership, delivering HR support across RSA functions and projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates are HR/Business Administration students with initiative, eager to learn, collaborate across teams, and help drive onboarding, reporting, and HR project work during the internship period.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program focused on HR or business administration.
• GPA requirement of 3+ on a 4.0 scale or 4+ on a 5.0 scale.
• Official university letter must be attached with CV.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orientation sessions for new joiners and coordinate cross-functional orientation week.
• Support HRBP in preparing HR reports to inform ongoing activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track action items and build relationships with HRBP teams.
• Respond to employee queries and provide basic HR support as needed.
• Support HR projects as required by HR Partners.

Role Summary

Raytheon Saudi Arabia is looking for a summer intern to join our HR Business Partner team at the Riyadh office. The Intern will be involved in a wide variety of engagements that will work closely with our function partners and leadership. This position will provide HR support to RSA’s functions / projects. The role is created for Human Resources / Business Administration studies students with an interest in gaining experience in a dynamic and fast‑paced work environment for a short period of time. Each student will be expected to use their own initiative and undertake self‑directed learning within a supportive environment to work with the team to develop goals and objectives to further common areas of interest.

What You Will Do

• Assist with conducting orientation sessions for new joiners, and liaise with functions to prepare for cross‑functional orientation week.
• Support the HRBP in preparation of various HR reports to support ongoing HR activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to follow up on action items, and build relations with HRBP stakeholders.
• Respond to employee queries and provide basic HR support on various matters or direct them appropriately.
• Support HR Partners on ongoing HR Projects as required.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Student GPA of 3+ out of 4 or 4+ out of 5.
• Official university letter required to be attached along with the CV.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral); must be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity in a diverse environment.
• Experience working in a team to quickly address challenges.
