Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR, proven experience in HR operations and payroll, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience with strong background in payroll and HR operations.
• Excellent knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist covering salaries, operations, end of service, and leave management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, leave management, and end of service.
• Prepare reports for management to support decision-making.
