Job summary

Axians Saudi is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration across our Al Khobar and Riyadh locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HR experience with solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law. You will partner with management to enable smooth people processes and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.

Location: Al Khobar (First 6 Months) → Riyadh (Future Permanent Location)

Role

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Provide general HR support to employees and management.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
