Job summary

Client of PlaceUp in Riyadh is seeking a knowledgeable HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong emphasis on Saudi Labour Law compliance and government platforms. The successful candidate will handle onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee documentation while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include processing HR transactions via Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem and Mudad; coordinating visa/work permit and Iqama processes; maintaining accurate records;

Position Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Executive to support the organization s human resources functions with a strong emphasis on compliance with Saudi Labour Law HR regulations and government platforms The ideal candidate will have experience handling day-to-day HR operations while ensuring full compliance with KSA employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding offboarding and employee records
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and all applicable HR regulations
• Handle employment contracts probation confirmations leave management and employee documentation
• Process HR transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa GOSI Muqeem and Mudad
• Coordinate visa work permit and Iqama-related processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll preparation by providing attendance leave and employee data
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with KSA regulations
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide guidance on company policies
• Prepare HR reports dashboards and compliance documentation
• Support recruitment activities including interview coordination and onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience using Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other government portals.
• Familiarity with payroll and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
