Responsibilities
  • Onboarding & New Joiner: Assist with induction workshops, set up rooms, prepare new‑joiner packs, and administer new‑joiner paperwork and processes.
  • People Relationships: Support the partnership between the HR Operations Manager and employees, handle questions, and provide support on policies, leaves, compensation and other HR‑related topics.
  • Offboarding: Prepare offboarding paperwork using internal processes.
  • Reporting & SLA's: Maintain and administer BambooHR, record employee files digitally, maintain HR systems and databases, and manage archiving.
  • Travel and Medical Insurance: Execute travel administration, liaise with travel agencies, and maintain medical insurance documents from addition to deletion.
  • Office Administration: Organize and secure materials and supply cabinets; deliver and pick‑up mail, messages, documents, and packages; handle basic administrative duties.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Stock and supply designated areas, notify management of deficiencies or repair needs, coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment, and follow health and safety regulations.
  • Front Desk: Handle front‑desk duties in a high‑performing, fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree or diploma in HR (optional).
  • 0‑1 year(s) of experience in an HR function.
  • 0‑1 year(s) of administrative experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with all levels of seniority internally and externally.
  • Strong coordination and organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
