Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to deliver clean, welcoming spaces at our properties. You will perform cleaning tasks to exacting standards and ensure courteous, professional service to guests.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant hospitality qualification, at least two years in hotel operations, and strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible to conduct cleaning duties in the assigned Place of Work, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to our customers.
