Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is hiring an IT Officer to support day-to-day IT operations across the hotel or resort in Saudi Arabia. You will manage hardware, software, and hospitality systems, acting as the first point of contact for IT requests and vendor liaison.

The role covers MICROS Simphony POS, OPERA PMS, SevenRooms, and Alliants, ensuring system reliability, security, and efficient guest services. Pre-opening experience is an advantage and a collaborative, values-led culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of IT support experience in hospitality.
• Hands-on experience with MICROS Simphony POS, OPERA PMS, SevenRooms and Alliants.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and networks across the property.
• Troubleshoot issues on POS terminals, PMS, guest devices, and network connectivity.
• Configure and maintain IT hardware, software, and security patches.
• Support back-of-house and guest-facing IT systems, including telephony and displays.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for escalations and major repairs while minimizing downtime.
• Maintain documentation, user accounts, and access permissions and assist with backups and recovery.
