Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is hiring an Assistant IT Manager to secure and optimize the group’s technology landscape. You will support the IT Manager in network operations, enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity, while driving initiatives that align with luxury guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, end-user support, and collaboration with hotel departments to enhance operations and guest satisfaction in a premium hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in IT roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or luxury retail sector is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and smooth operation of IT infrastructure across guest-facing and back-of-house environments.
• Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure with FortiGate firewalls and Aruba switching/wireless.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID, with Intune device provisioning and compliance.
• Proactively monitor system performance and resolve outages with minimal disruption.
• Oversee data protection with backups, DR protocols, and cybersecurity measures tailored to hospitality.
