Job summary

Chedi Hospitality in Saudi Arabia seeks an IT Manager to lead the hotel’s technology strategy, ensure systems reliability, security, and a seamless guest experience across PMS, POS, network, and payments.

You will manage a team and coordinate with Corporate IT and hotel departments to deliver projects, protect data, and maintain business continuity in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field with 5+ years in luxury hospitality IT.
• Experience managing PMS, POS and hospitality systems in an international setting.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection and DR planning.
• Proven ability to lead vendors, budgets and IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and infrastructure including servers, networks, Wi‑Fi, and endpoints.
• Manage hospitality systems and integrations supporting guest services.
• Lead cybersecurity measures and data protection across the property.
• Coordinate with departments and corporate IT to deliver projects and upgrades.
• Maintain IT budgets, vendor relations, and IT service delivery standards.
• Ensure business continuity, backups, disaster recovery tests and audits.
