Job summary

Khibraty is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth of hospitality technology solutions in the Saudi market. The role requires deep hotel operations knowledge and a strong network with GMs, Front Office Leaders, and hotel owners.

You will present and demonstrate our PMS, POS, booking engines, and ZATCA e-invoicing integrations to C‑suite clients, close deals, and help shape product feedback for regional needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on hotel operations experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably Front Office Manager or similar reception leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of PMS and integrations with local Saudi platforms (Shomoos, NTMP, ZATCA).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Professional presentation and excellent communication for high-end hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and Front Office Managers to create new B2B sales opportunities for our hospitality tech solutions.
• Deliver technical demonstrations of PMS, POS, booking engines, distribution channels, and integrations to clients, focusing on operational pain points.
• Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor moves to provide actionable feedback to product teams.
