Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant IT experience in luxury hospitality or internationally branded properties.
• Previous IT management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with PMS, POS, payment systems, and hospitality applications.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, projects, and SLAs.
• Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or cybersecurity credentials are an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and maintenance of infrastructure including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and workstations.
• Ensure availability and reliability of systems supporting guest services and hotel operations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, licenses, and documentation.
• Ensure connectivity across guest rooms, restaurants, meeting spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Lead cybersecurity controls, data protection, access management, and backups.
• Manage IT service delivery, helpdesk, incident handling, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate with vendors and corporate IT on standards, security, and projects.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, procurement, and cost optimization.
• Contribute to business continuity, audits, and regulatory compliance.
