Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasoned HUB Digital & HMAX Sales Manager to accelerate growth of HMAX Energy in the assigned Hub. You will drive pipeline development, enable regional sales teams, and align global initiatives with local execution.

You will lead market development and sales enablement across the Hub, acting as a commercial bridge among Global HMAX Energy, Hub organizations, and country sales teams to deliver coordinated opportunities and measurable results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in sales, business development, account management, or customer service in energy.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, technical sales, or strategic account management.
• Solid understanding of digital solutions in the energy industry.
• Proven ability to build and influence relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across countries, functions, and organizational boundaries.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of delivering impactful presentations.
• Self-motivated and able to lead initiatives without direct authority.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and multicultural, international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Drive HMAX Energy pipeline growth across the assigned Hub by identifying new business opportunities and supporting strategic pursuits.
• Monitor pipeline performance and implement actions to improve conversion rates and market expansion.
• Lead regional HMAX Energy initiatives aligned with global strategy, adapting campaigns and offerings to local market needs.
• Serve as Hub's HMAX Energy subject matter expert, enabling sales teams through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Increase market awareness and adoption of the HMAX Energy portfolio.
• Act as the commercial link between Global HMAX Energy, Hub organizations, Country Sales teams, and delivery teams.
• Collaborate to develop integrated customer opportunities and ensure alignment between sales activities and delivery capabilities.
• Implement global HMAX sales programs, governance, processes, tools, and KPIs within the Hub.
• Provide market feedback to support the continuous improvement of HMAX Energy offerings and commercial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
