Hitachi Energy is seeking a HUB Digital & HMAX Sales Manager in Dammam to accelerate the growth of the HMAX Energy business by driving pipeline development and enabling the local sales organization. This role links Global HMAX Energy with regional sales and delivery teams to ensure market development and sustainable business expansion.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years in sales, business development, account management, or customer service within energy.

Responsabilidades

• Drive HMAX Energy pipeline growth across the assigned Hub by identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor pipeline performance and improve conversion rates and market expansion.
• Lead regional HMAX Energy initiatives aligned with global strategy and train sales teams.
• Increase market awareness and adoption of the HMAX Energy portfolio.
• Act as the commercial link between Global HMAX Energy, Hub organizations, Country Sales teams and delivery teams.
• Collaborate to develop integrated customer opportunities and align sales with delivery capabilities.
• Implement global HMAX sales programs, governance, processes, tools, and KPIs.
• Provide market feedback to support continuous improvement of offerings and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
