Job summary

Sysmex Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced application specialist to identify and interpret customer requirements and align them with Sysmex instruments. The role includes complete workflow support, product demonstrations, on-site training, and ongoing technical query support across the Saudi region.

You will build trusted customer relationships, support distribution partners, and drive customer satisfaction to strengthen Sysmex competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent; MSc holder preferred.
• 2–3 years lab/haematology experience or as an application specialist with high throughput instruments.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Region.
• Knowledge of relevant markets and competitive landscape – IVD and Clinical Patient testing.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Fluency in English & Arabic is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and undertake challenging tasks and/or projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under minimal supervision with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and interpret customer requirements and align these requirements with Sysmex extensive portfolio of instruments and products.
• Complete workflow support, product demonstrations, application consulting, workshops, on-site training and support, and support with technical queries.
• Building customer trust and relationships by driving customer satisfaction and increasing Sysmex competitive advantage. Assist in the development and maintenance of reference customers.
• Supporting distribution partners in other SMEA countries as needed.
