Job summary

Accor's Movenpick Resort City Star Jeddah is seeking a friendly waitress to deliver warm, attentive service and share knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.

You will guide guests through the menu, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment. This Saudi-only role requires prior service experience and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous service experience.
• Previous POS system experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong social and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Regularly provide professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist guests with menu items in an insightful and helpful manner.
• Adhere to outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Have full knowledge of drink listings and promotions.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, ingredients and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages.
• Other duties as assigned.
