Job summary

AccorHotel in Riyadh is seeking a professional Food & Beverage Guest Relations host to greet guests, seat them, and ensure a smooth dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality (preferred).
• Minimum one year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment, or equivalent hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them according to floor plan and seating capacity.
• Manage restaurant reservations efficiently; take, record, and confirm bookings.
• Answer telephone calls with professional etiquette and relay changes to management.
• Respond to guest inquiries and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
