Job summary

NERv Technology Inc. D.B.A. FluidAI Medical is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to oversee sales across the Gulf region. The role involves technical pre- and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complex queries in real-time.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical, customer-facing role within healthcare and will be fluent in Arabic and English. The position offers an annual salary ranging from SAR 135,000.00 to SAR 150,000.00, plus sales commissions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a technical, customer‑facing healthcare role.
• Confidence operating autonomously in clinical environments.
• Experience selling into GCC government health systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technical pre‑ and post‑sales across the GCC.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor.
• Lead the technical content of tenders and RFP responses.
• Enable distributor partners technically.
• Support evaluation reporting.
