Job summary

FluidAI Medical in Saudi Arabia seeks a field‑facing Technical Sales Engineer to be the technical authority for the Gulf region. You will own the technical dimensions of commercial activities, run product demonstrations, evaluate solutions in hospital settings, and ensure quotes and configurations are accurate end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a technical, customer-facing healthcare role.
• Based in Saudi Arabia with willingness to travel across the Kingdom and GCC (~70% field time).
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Hands‑on proficiency with CRM and CPQ systems.
• Ability to operate autonomously in clinical environments (ORs, wards, workshops).

Responsibilities

• Own technical pre‑ and post‑sales across the GCC.
• Lead product demonstrations and clinical evaluations in live hospital settings.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor in the room for clinicians and procurement staff.
• Translate hardware, software and data into clinical and operational value for surgeons, IT, and procurement.
• Triage and resolve technical issues during demonstrations and deployments; escalate when needed.
