Job summary

Hamad Bin Abdullah Al-Manea Company in Riyadh is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for medical and healthcare professionals, from sourcing to onboarding.

You will coordinate with medical and operational departments, screen CVs, verify licenses, conduct initial and technical interviews, and prepare offers and contracts. Maintain candidate records and ensure documentation compliance to meet current and future staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for medical and healthcare professionals, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with medical and operational departments to identify staffing needs, vacancies, and job requirements.
• Recruit physicians, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, and allied healthcare professionals based on organizational requirements.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, and candidate databases.
• Screen and evaluate CVs while verifying candidates’ qualifications, professional experience, and medical specialties.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interviews with relevant medical departments.
• Verify professional classification, registration, and licenses of healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Follow up on pre-employment requirements, including qualification and experience verification, medical examinations, and professional references.
• Prepare and follow up on job offers and employment contracts for medical and healthcare professionals.
• Communicate with candidates regarding recruitment requirements and ensure completion of the necessary documentation.
• Coordinate hiring, joining, and onboarding procedures with HR and relevant departments.
• Maintain and update candidate and employee information in HR systems and relevant electronic platforms.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor vacancy status and recruitment performance indicators.
• Maintain the confidentiality of candidate and employee information, as well as professional and medical documentation.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified healthcare professionals to support current and future staffing needs.
• Contribute to improving the candidate experience and streamlining recruitment processes in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
