Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a senior professional to lead the facility's health and safety/risk management program in Jeddah. You will oversee risk strategies, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance to ensure patient safety and high care standards.

You will drive training initiatives, coordinate with leadership, and support accreditation processes across the organization to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a large tertiary care hospital in Quality and Risk Management.
• Bachelor's in allied health or related field; master's degree in risk management preferred.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management program development, oversight, and KPI reporting.
• Lead environmental rounds, safety programs, and remedial action follow-ups.
• Manage incident reporting and analysis to drive improvements.
• Conduct process mapping, PI initiatives, and RCA support for high-risk events.
• Develop training programs and support accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate updates to leadership and maintain safety standards.
