AMAD Hospital in Riyadh is seeking a senior Quality and Safety leader to advance clinical and operational performance by developing and enforcing standards. You will collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and executives to design, implement, and evaluate programs and services.

The role emphasizes accreditation readiness (CBAHI, JCI, CARF), quality improvement, staff development, and governance through KPIs.

Formación

• Masters in Quality Management or Health Administration (required/advantageous).
• Bachelor in Quality Management or related field.
• CPHQ certification highly regarded.
• Certificate in management/leadership.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of health regulations and accreditation processes.
• Experience with obtaining CBAHI accreditation is preferred.
• International accreditation experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to developing the quality department and standards and ensure they are consistently met.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, interdisciplinary teams, executives and other stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate programs and services.
• Participate in investigations of complaints and incidents and draft responses promptly.
• Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans as required.
• Ensure the organization obtains and maintains accreditation such as CBAHI, JCI, CARF, or other relevant accreditations.
