Job summary

SACO, a leading retail and hardware retailer in Riyadh, seeks an Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day order processing and delivery activities. You will lead the floor operations team, coordinate with stores, DCs, and couriers, and ensure orders are picked, packed, shipped, and delivered on time while maintaining top service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma, 2 years in retail operations or logistics, and fluency in English and Arabic.

• Excel and computer systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day order processing and delivery operations.
• Coordinate with distribution centers, stores, and couriers.
• Prepare and review operations reports daily and weekly.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly.
• Resolve shipping issues and customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, inventory, returns and cancellations.
