Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years IT support or application support in healthcare setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to service requests via phone, email, ticketing system, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and system updates.
• Assist in IT asset tracking, inventory management, and equipment setup.
• Document issues and solutions in the service desk knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks, including hardware deployment and accounts.
• Monitor performance and availability of systems and networks.
• Plan, test, and implement upgrades; integrate new applications.
• Oversee system administrators and coordinate with entities for seamless operations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Develop backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Develop security procedures to protect systems.
• Develop tools and training for Operations, Client Support, and Systems Development staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and data storage.
• Mentor team members and educate users on admin best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
