Adaptive TechSoft in Riyadh is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business in Healthcare and Education technology across the Kingdom. You will generate leads, open doors with decision-makers, and present value propositions in high-stakes meetings, with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in a client-facing role.
• Ability to generate leads and secure meetings; hunting sales mindset.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a qualified pipeline across KSA.
• Run structured prospecting and follow-up to secure first meetings.
• Present our technology portfolio and value propositions at a high level.
• Conduct regular on-site visits and customer meetings across the Kingdom (30–40% travel).
• Qualify needs and hand over requirements to BD for proposals and tenders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and forecast records; report weekly.
• Nurture relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent Adaptive TechSoft at tech events and customer workshops.
