Job summary

Little Krazy in Riyadh is seeking a dynamic Head Waiter to lead the front-of-house in a high-energy venue that blends dining with entertainment. The role requires a charismatic, confident individual who can energize the team, engage guests, and maintain excellent service standards throughout busy service periods.

You will coach and motivate the service team, coordinate with Kitchen/Bar/Entertainment, and ensure VIP guests and special occasions are handled with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, premium casual, lifestyle, entertainment, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Experience leading and developing a front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house service team during each shift.
• Act as a senior point of contact for guests, ensuring a fun, energetic, and highly engaging experience.
• Coordinate table service, reservations, guest flow, and special requests.
• Maintain excellent service standards while ensuring the atmosphere remains relaxed, vibrant, and entertaining.
• Lead by example with confident, warm, and engaging guest interaction.
• Be comfortable participating in the energy of the venue, including interacting with guests, and engaging with entertainment when appropriate.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve service issues.
• Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, kitchen, bar, host team, and entertainment team.
• Brief and motivate the service team before each shift.
• Monitor table sections, service timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Support upselling of food, beverages, and special experiences in a natural and engaging manner.
• Handle VIP guests and special occasions with confidence and discretion.
• Coach junior waiters and ensure consistent service standards across the floor.
• Manage guest complaints professionally and elevate issues when required.
• Ensure all restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures are followed.
• Support opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organised, and guest-ready restaurant.
