SIHAMCO's Little Krazy in Riyadh is seeking a Hostess to greet guests with warmth, explain the menu, and spark memorable dining moments with storytelling flair.

You will upsell items, coordinate with kitchen and bar, maintain grooming standards, and ensure smooth seating and guest satisfaction in a five-star setting. Arabic and English fluency, 1–3 years in fine dining, and POS familiarity are required; visa sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests with enthusiasm Present explain and promote the menu including specials ingredients preparation methods and cultural context
• Proactively upsell premium dishes chef s specials signature drinks and desserts to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue
• Make confident thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal and anticipate their needs proactively
• Handle complaints or concerns promptly and professionally escalating when necessary
• Embody and express the spirit of the theme through language tone energy and style of service
• Maintain full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings including allergens and dietary options
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Assist in table setting and resetting according to restaurant standards
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
