Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 seeks a Senior Manager for Stakeholder, Governance and Community Engagement to lead engagement across multi-modal transport systems inside and beyond the Qiddiya boundary.

The role focuses on building enduring relationships with government, community, and industry actors while driving governance, templates, and insights, and coordinating with internal and external partners on agreements and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Transport, Infrastructure, or related degree qualification.
• Master’s degree in engineering management, Public Infrastructure, or similar field strongly preferred.
• Formal training or certification in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, or interface coordination is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure lifecycle, transport operations, and the role of interface agreements in complex projects.
• Outstanding interpersonal and diplomatic skills, tact and judgment, with the ability to build trust at all levels—from community members to senior government executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Establish robust engagement frameworks across multi-modal transport systems.
• Coordinate governance and stakeholder requirements between Qiddiya Transport and external bodies.
• Negotiate and manage stakeholder agreements with government and industry counterparts.
• Develop and oversee stage gate, committee governance oversight, and performance measurement processes.
