Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Admin, Strategy, Management, or related field.
• Professional certification in strategy, marketing, project management, or performance management is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy, strategic planning, governance, business planning, or performance management.
• Experience in large organizations or government-related environments is preferred.
• Experience preparing executive reports, dashboards, governance documents, and strategic presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, annual plans, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to identify trends and risks.
• Translate priorities into initiatives with timelines and measurable performance.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to align plans with objectives and brand direction.
• Support governance by maintaining policies, procedures, and approval processes.
